Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible. We're so sorry if you've received a faulty item! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items cannot be returned afterwards.

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that are not received due to customer error entering address details, is not the responsibility of Naughty Kitten Clothing. We will endeavour to update the details if we are notified by the customer BEFORE the order leaves our warehouses. We do not refund or replace orders that are lost due to customer error when entering address details.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only merchandise with manufacturing defects  may be exchanged, credited or refunded. The Refunds & Returns process and conditions for Naughty Kitten Clothing are as follows:

  • Please go to our refunds centre and begin the process here.
  • Absolutely NO exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for used/worn products.
  • Manufacturing defects include a product being faulty/damaged upon receiving the item due to manufacturer error or transit, item does not fit the product description, or if sizing does not match our sizing chart on the product page for the item you ordered (ALWAYS check our sizing charts BEFORE purchasing). 
  • We DO NOT accept "change of mind" returns of ANY products.
  • Any products purchased in/using "Discounts", "Sales", or "Clearance" are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We may reject the return pickup if items are not returned according to the policy.
  • We will provide the Naughty Kitten Clothing Refund & Returns Form to submit once you have contacted us via the Naughty Kitten Returns Centre.
  • Include name, contact details, order number and product name in the email and we will respond within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST) with the Returns & Refund Form, if your purchase details match our Naughty Kitten Clothing records.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted or looked at by our staff without the customer completing via the Returns Centre. For Halloween Costumes and Accessories products, Naughty Kitten does not accept returns at ANY time after October 31st, of the year the merchandise was ordered.   

If your return is accepted via the Returns Centre process, we’ll send you the shipping details for the return, as well as instructions on how and what to expect when you to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will then:

  • Receive an email from Naughty Kitten Clothing to notify you that the item has arrived at our company address and it will be assessed for a Refund & Return.
  • Allow 7 days for the review process.
  • You will then be notified via email if the exchange, refund, credit is accepted following our Refund & Returns Policy guidelines.
  • Expect a refund, credit, return within 7-14 days of the acceptance of your Refund & Returns application.
  • Credit, refund, returns will be at the exact same value at the date and time the item was purchased as shown on the purchase invoice.
  • Cost of shipping is non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault/transit damage is accepted, cost of sending the return is not covered by Naughty Kitten Clothing for any other reason.
  • You can only be credited back money if that is the original purchase method of the item.
  • Gift Card purchases can not be refunded or returned for money, only an exchange item or store credit.

Ordering Conditions

Orders must be placed before 12pm to ensure you receive your order in good time!

For next day delivery, please kindly order by 10am. Next day delivery orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note that during sales dispatch will take longer.

All international orders including USA & Canada: Customers are required to cover the cost of any customs and duties charges upon receipt of their order payable to the courier. This includes tariff fees.
